When I first heard Manaré’s Pearl - at least the available snippets - I was expecting this chordy, airy, summer tune. I was quite surprised that in the full version he chose to go in different direction (as apposed to the parts in e.g. this video - http://vimeo.com/28274975 ). When the remix contest was announced it seemed like a good opportunity to re-do the track my way, so I took the chord parts, added my beats and adjusted the composition. It was never intended for the remix contest - so far I was playing it out just in my sets. However, while we are together on the lineup of Hochspannung! party I thought it might be a good idea to give it away as free download. So here it is!
